Just you and your coach.

Personal training in East Sacramento One coach. One plan. Yours.

Private, body positive strength training with Meg White and her team. Your program is built around your body, your goals and your calendar, and every movement has an option that works for you.

The whole hour is yours.

Why train one-on-one

A group is fun. Sometimes you need the whole hour to be about you.

  • A personalized program built for your body and your goals, with a balanced plan of strength, cardio and flexibility.
  • Maximum accountability. Someone is expecting you, remembers what you did last time, and notices when you show up stronger.
  • Flexible scheduling. Sessions are set around your week instead of a class timetable.
  • Faster results. Every minute is coached and every rep is watched, so less of your effort goes to guesswork.

Nervous is normal.

Your first session

Here is what actually happens when you walk in.

  1. An honest assessment

We look at how you move today and talk about what you want and what you are working around. Regular fitness assessments after that show you how far you have come.

  2. A plan built for you

Your program balances strength, cardio and flexibility, with an active warm-up and cool-down every time. It fits your goals, not someone else's.

  3. Coaching on every rep

Your coach watches your form and cues you through each movement. There is a high- and low-impact option for everything, and modifications are always available.

Who it suits

Personal training is open to any age, size and fitness level. It is often the right first step if you are:

  • Coming back after a long layoff and want to rebuild at a pace that makes sense for your body.
  • Nervous about training in front of a group. Start one-on-one and join a small group class when you feel ready.
  • Working toward something specific, whatever that goal is for you.
  • An older client who wants more care. Programs are geared toward body longevity, and the attention is all yours.

Before your first session

The questions people ask most before they book one-on-one time.

I have not worked out in years. Is personal training too much for me?

No. Your program starts from where you are today. Every movement has a high- and low-impact option, and modifications are always available.

How does scheduling work?

Private training comes with flexible scheduling, so sessions are set around your week. Claim your Free Session or call (916) 585-3302 and we will find times that work.

I am an older adult. Is personal training a good fit?

Often, yes. Programs are geared toward body longevity, and one-on-one means your coach watches every rep and adjusts to your specific needs. Tell us what you are working around and the plan starts there.

What should I wear and bring?

Comfortable clothes you can move in, athletic shoes and a water bottle. The studio has every piece of equipment you will use.

Where is the studio, and is there parking?

704 57th Street in East Sacramento, near Howe Avenue, J Street, Highway 50 and the Capital City Freeway. There is plenty of parking.
