Privacy Policy
Plain words about what you share with us on this website, what we do with it and the choices you have.
Effective date: October 8, 2026
This policy explains how Action Fitness Community handles the information you share with us through this website. Action Fitness Community is a sole proprietorship doing business as Action Fitness Community and White's Action Boot Camps, located at 704 57th Street, Sacramento, CA 95819. When this policy says "we", "us" or "our", it means that business.
What we collect
When you fill out the Free Session form on this website, we collect:
- Your name, phone number and email address.
- Your answers to a few short questions, such as which program interests you and when you would like to start.
- Anything else you choose to tell us in a message, on the phone or by email.
Like most websites, our site and the services it runs on also collect some technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device type, the pages you visit, the page that sent you here and the date and time of your visit.
How we use it
- To contact you about your Free Session and help you pick a time to visit.
- To send you the texts, calls and emails you asked for, such as booking confirmations, reminders and answers to your questions.
- To understand how people find and use our website so we can improve it and our advertising.
- To keep our website secure and to meet our legal obligations.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we will text you about your Free Session, appointments and your questions. How often we text depends on what you asked for. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, and reply HELP for help. You can also call us at (916) 585-3302. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Mobile opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Cookies, analytics and ad tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar tools to measure visits and to understand which of our ads and posts bring people to the site. Links from our ads may carry tracking parameters (for example, campaign tags or click identifiers added by advertising platforms such as Facebook, Instagram or Google). We use that information to see what is working, not to identify you personally from the link alone.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most advertising platforms let you adjust ad preferences in your account. The site still works if you turn cookies off.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies' marketing. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, the software we use to manage bookings, calls, texts and email, and our analytics and advertising tools. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the safety of our members, staff or the public.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to set up your visit, stay in touch with you as you asked, run our business and meet our legal and record keeping obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.
How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and we limit access to the people and providers who need it. No website or system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us sensitive health details through the website form.
Your California privacy rights
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act) gives you rights over your personal information, to the extent the law applies to us. In plain language, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we use it and who we share it with.
- Give you a copy of that information.
- Delete the information we have about you, with some legal exceptions.
- Correct information about you that is wrong.
- Not sell or share your information. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for anything of value.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not ask for sensitive personal information through this website.
We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on it, and you may use an authorized agent to make a request for you.
Children
This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Please check back now and then.
